sound events

I would *really* love to see sound event support added
to EDE.

Something really simple like xfsound was for xfce 3.8
would be great - a basic wrapper that would call to 

play
or
sox

to simply play sound events (for launching apps,
closing windows, etc.

WHY? Because people who are visually challenged can
really benefit from sound event support. It also
increases the FEEL of speed of application launches -
when the sound plays immediately, it helps. There's a
REASON M$ and Apple use this effect.

It would be especially great if the sound events could
be turned on and off and selected in the control panel.

Already working on it :) For now and probably the only edewm
will have support for it.
