Notification Area Support (Unfinished)

 Hi;

  Attached is the notification area support I had a go
at hacking together a little while ago. It's still
buggy in someways (has problems with KDE apps and
doesn't remove items); I had a small go at hacking
together a list system for keeping track of items but
had problems with that causing an elftk crash. I'm
somewhat busy at the moment so I've decided to attach
what I've done so far, so someone with more knoweldge
than me might be able to finish it off.
