Description

It may be I am using cvs version... but many many
(about half) the apps don't seem to compile. things
like efinder and ecdplayer. I have everything required
for install. I get to a point and it says
"src/Makefile.am: required file './depcomp' not
found". any solutions? PII LFS system (Linux from scratch)

Yes, it is exactly that :)
As said EDE is going throught huge update/re-write right
now, but most of the apps should atleast compile/work. Both
of efinder and ecdplayer are now fixed in CVS (yeasterday
commited). Required for install, id following modules from CVS:
 - ede
 - efltk
Thats all.
"depcomp" is needed if you have automake 1.6.x, I havent
updated that for all apps yet, but ede-core for example has
that file, so copy that file in needed place.

Thanks for reporting bugs.
