Fonts dialog crash with --enable-xft

Description 

When efltk is compiled with --enable-xft, the fonts dialog 
will crash application ecolorconf. Without this parameter, 
ecolorconf doesn't crash but it doesn't work either because 
fonts dialog fills in the wrong value in Font fields. If you 
manually enter font name, it works fine.

It doesn't crash anymore and you can even choose font! :) But 
there are still a number of problems: 
1. Choice of Bold and Italic is completely ignored. It's impossible 
to set bold font. 
2. Choice of font size is not applied to main screen. 
3. There's no list of encodings for any font. 
4. Still broken completely without Xft. 
 
This all is aftermath of unfinished work by previous maintainers 
- they implement new font interface, but don't fix where needed :(
