edewm doesn't give focus to proper window after closing

Steps to reproduce: 
- create two windows (for example, control panel) 
- close one window 
Expected behaviour: 
- the other window gains focus 
Actual behaviour: 
- nothing has focus 
 
Also, KDE applications do weird things to focus. For 
example, of three Konqueror windows, when you close one 
of them there's no telling which remaining window will gain 
focus. 
 
EDEWM always needs to give focus to the next window on 
the stack.
