Panel Command Line Loses Focus On Mouse Leave

ede-1.1, efltk-2.0.6, The command line found on the
bottom panel (where you can run a quick command) does
not respond to any typing if it does not have mouse
focus, so, when the cursor moves away (as it often
does) the command being typed cannot be finished. It
should probably have keyboard focus instead of mouse focus.
