menu bar and toolbars feature

the menubar looks good because it is flat and it does
not show tear-off handles like the toolbar. the toolbar
looks sunken and uneven.

it would be good to have handles in menubar also (like
fox-toolkit.org's applications) and a feature to
hide/show the toolbar/menubar handles.

for better look of ede applications, the toolbar should
not be sunken.

enotepad -> no toolbar looks good
file open dialog -> toolbar looks sunken and uneven.
eimageviewer -> toolbar sunken and looks uneven.

also the toolbar handle doesn't look nice with menubar.

kindly consider of making menubar and toolbar's looks
consistent. thanks.
